- Does the price listed include an imprint?
- All prices of polyester lanyards include a single color text and logo imprint unless specified otherwise. All woven lanyards include a single color embroidered text and logo unless specified otherwise.

- Is there an artwork set-up charge?
- ABC Lanyards makes high quality lanyards for the lowest prices. In order to keep our prices low we require vector artwork in either AI or EPS format. If you provide us with a high-res, vector graphic, we do not charge an artwork set-up fee. If you don't have vector artwork yet, here is a great website with a free online tool you can try. If that doesn't work, we also offer a low priced service with 24 turnaround (recommended to minimize production delays). There is one exception; full-color lanyards do not require vector files.

- Will I see a paper proof of my artwork?

- Does the price include the hardware attachment?
- All lanyard pricing includes your choice of one of 5 standard attachments: o-ring, d-ring, bulldog clip, black clip or lobster claws. Other options are available at additional cost. Click here to learn more.
- Can our logo be imprinted?
- Yes, your logo can be printed alone or in combination with text. We accept images in .EPS, .BMP or high resolution .JPG. Please click here to read our guidelines for submitting logos.

- In what file format should the artwork be?

- What fonts are available?
- Our default font is Arial. However, we have many fonts available for printing. More information is available on the About our Lanyards page.

- What sizes of badge holders are available?
- We offer two sizes of badge holders. Our small badge holder is 95mm x 65mm (3.74in x 2.56in). Our large badge holder is 112mm x 156mm (4.41in x 6.14in).

- Custom orders typically ship within 2 weeks (14 days). Lead-time is subject to availability of materials and/or artwork.
